We visited Noodle Nation for my Mum's 64th Birthday. It wouldn't be my choice but my Mum, for some reason, likes to eat there.
There were so many things wrong with this place. What stood out to me the most was the customer service. The waiter/ess had vacant expressions. They looked like they didn't want to be working. It was off putting because they were standing and staring while we eating. It was that off putting my niece didn't want to eat her food. The waiter that served us had no manners. When we called him over to take our order, he responded with 'what.' For me, that shouldn't happen. The manager should be training them better. But I don't think the manager cares.
The food was tasteless and pricey for what you get. There were no soup options. The vegetarian and vegan options were so limited.
This is a place I wouldn't recommend at all. In fact, I would discourage people to go there.
What is interesting though, the Noodle Nation in Aylesbury is completely different. The staff are friendly, the service is better and the food is edible.
Overall, we spent over £150 and we came away feeling hungry. We ate when we got home. I would avoid this place, in my opinion. I didn't even take any pictures it was that...
Read moreWent in on a Saturday, not too many people, seated quickly. Hostess couldn't understand the Christmasy humour. Order was taken - working a reasonable time and good suggestions given when asked. Good in-time serving of food. Drinks were of ok size. Not an adequate portion of house Stir fry compared to other food ordered from the menu. Rice was more like risotto! When they say it's sticky rice- it should be really sticky (well done with more water- sorry - being choosy here) Stir fry little on the sweeter side but I didn't mind that. Plates cleared away quickly. They don't take American Express 😟. Nice and little warm(er) inside when the temp outside was 10°C. Daikin was doing a fair amount of work there😜. Plastic takeaway box - fantastic! and carry bag given for the food to be taken home. Didn't - rather wasn't able to add gratuity on the card 😟...
Read moreLived in Wycombe my whole life. When noodle bar(original name) opened it was a breath of fresh air. Tasty food amazing price and great atmosphere to the restaurant. The holy trinity of restaurant business. As the years passed and it is now called noodle nation the original concept and ethos is still there except now the standard has truly slipped. Today I went to Noddle nation after its most resent referb. Looks amazing. Service was great. But ultimately I am there for the food and today I found the food simply unpalatable. I had the chicken black bean. The chicken. Felt pre bought and pre tenderised. Chewy. Texture and flavor was wrong the black bean sauce I could taste flour and the rice dry. What happened to noodle bar. Noodle nation nah won't go again. Please improve the town needs decent independent food places. Up the standard and...
