Oliver's Eatery is a great place to go for a delicious ice cream on a hot day. The ice cream is made fresh daily and there is a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The eatery is located on the seafront in Cleethorpes, so you can enjoy your ice cream with stunning views of the coast.
I visited Oliver's Eatery on a sunny afternoon and I was not disappointed. The ice cream was delicious and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Oliver's Eatery to anyone looking for a great ice cream experience.

Read moreI wouldn't normally leave a review, especially not a negative one, however, Me and my Girlfriend went to Oliver's for lunch and it was very dissapointing.
The person that greeted us from behind the counter seemed disinterested in actually serving us and spoke quite bluntly. (regardless of the reason for it, we both noticed and were slightly put off by it.)
When we sat down we found that the table had a very noticeable wobble, which we had to fix using a serviette. (not that major but still not what you really want from your dining experience)
After the food arrived we realised there was no ketchup or other sauces on the table, and we hadn't been asked if we'd want them. (this is small but still not a sign of good service)
We both had fish and chips, as you might while at the seaside. But the fish itself was awful. It was sort of soggy to the point that when we cut into it, water spread out onto the plate and the chips. The fish also had very little taste to it and was overall just not what was expected.
I will say that the person that actually brought us our food was very kind and professional.
I don't doubt that the donuts sold on the outside the building are fantastic, but we would not go back to Oliver's. Especially...
Read moreI went in with my girlfriend and ordered two regular breakfasts, i was not greeted at the till merely stared at blankly until i decided to order. The man behind the till showed no customer service and I paid and sat down. Our breakfast came along with drinks fairly swiftly and looked nice spare two burnt pieces of toast. My girlfriends was not too bad but my piece looked as though it had been cooked in the flaming pits of hell. I walked over to the same rude man who had taken my order and was not offered as much as a sorry in passing for the toast. He walked to the kitchen leaving me to hold the toast as though my request was somehow unreasonable and said he would get another piece. I then heard a row ensue in the kitchen in regard to my toast, with the chef stating "I wouldn't mind but its not even burnt". Thinking little of it the server brought me a new non cremated slice of toast. As i was buttering it the chef and someone else walked past us both and shot daggers. Clearly the toast was a sensitive topic for them. We ate our breakfast feeling awkward and made out exit. AVOID this place because if i a burnt slice of toast turns into an awkward and very unpleasant visit god forbid they...
