Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

This is the best pizza in Medway. I wouldn’t usually bother writing reviews on such big companies when most people know what to expect and probably wouldn’t bother checking the reviews anyway. However this Papa Johns is exceptional. I have ordered pizza from Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Pizza go go and more in local areas and all over the country as well as in other parts of the world in some cases. But no other pizza restaurant has delivered my pizza at the perfect standard each and every time. Every time it is made and delivered within half an hour, burning hot and fresh. I have never had an issue. The only down side is they are always out of the chicken papa bites and they are my absolute favourite!!! I will always continue to order from here as my go to pizza delivery place. No other pizza is as good...

Very disappointed. Ordered online for delivery. Was given the complete wrong order. Phoned up. Had to hand the wrong order back directly to the driver to swap orders despite coronovirus social distancing measures. After swapping to what should have been delivered initially, I find I have been given the wrong chicken wings, the wrong sauce and both pizzas are completely dry no trace of sauce. I phoned again to explain the issue, the guy was rude, uninterested and put me on hold, I was told, quite rudely "what do you want me to do about it?". When explaining the issues he said "all I'm hearing from you is more and more problems" as though I was an inconvenience to him. M father called up earlier today and spoke with a male on the phone who was very rude, I had called 10 mins after the initial phone call to place the order. We had a promotional leaflet through the door saying £9.99 for any size pizza on collection. My father and I knew nothing that collection was unavailable at this time but the man on the phone was very rude and immediately jumped in and said that it was not their fault. I said I was not blaming him. The total came to £33 when it should be £20.
