Now this is usually my local KFC but COVID seems to have alot of gremlins bugging out of people and l am sorry to say my review of them is going to be negative l was not impressed. As soon as we walked to the door the man sightly elderly and another lady where standing outside in visors covering themselves ofcourse according to guideline of COVID 19,unfortunately l didn't get his name however he needs to be taught customer service. The first thing he did before we even entered which l wasn't entering anyway yet before making sure we could walk in was lift his two forefingers (index and one next to it) up in my face. I was honestly shocked by this and asked him what that meants and he said you need to wait. It took me alot to stay composed I must say as to me or anyone who is a customer this isn't customer service.
Eventually after 1 min literally they then directed us in and noone had walked out either by this point which was a bit suspect but anyway we move. We ordered our food bearing in mind this was a treat,after a long day at work being stuck in traffic on the m2/a2 due to an overturned van accident we spent nearly £13/14. But as we were back in traffic we started eating our food and to our disappointment the chicken was stale!!!! My boyfriend who had done a night shift into morning training till afternoon had been so hungry but when he tasted his chicken he literally put it back in disappointed but due to the traffic we were now stuck in we couldn't turn back and go and complain. I angrily had to eat mine coz wasting my money wouldn't really infuriated me more so l had to use the only medium necessary and available to me which unfortunately is to inform the branch through my review.    Read moreMy daughter is too polite to complain but I'm not! She put an order in at 11.24am this morning for me to collect on my way home from work. She said she didn't get a collection code to quote as the page refreshed. She sent me however a screen shot of the order and the receipt for £16.46 she had paid. On entering the store I stood at the customer point to do orders in person. Nobody came over so I asked a black woman who was giving out orders. I briefly told her I had an order to collect but had no code. She said I'd have to phone the store to deal with it!!! I asked her can you not just get someone to come out the front? She looked at me then walked away without answering! Very rude I thought!!! So I phoned the store and spoke to someone who came out to the front. I explained the situation but he said he would have to see the screen she ordered from. She wasn't with me and she couldn't get back to it. I asked surely they had a list of orders not collected but he said that it only went back to 4.30pm? I was getting nowhere. I gave up in the end and my daughter has lost £16.46.
