Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

The pizza was not what I ordered 1 of the sides was missing 2 bits of chicken The other sides was missing the dip The pizza was, according to the tracker, in transit for around 35 minutes (the place is a 10 minute drive on a bad day). So, it was luke warm on arrival. But, the tracker isn't a tracker, it says the pizza is with you after a set amount of time (it's happened enough that I know that now)

If it was the first time or a rare thing, I'd just not worry about it too much, maybe they were having a bad night, but the last 3 times I've ordered, at least 2 or more of the same things have happened.

I've gone out of my way to write a review, that's how bad it was. I normally only write good reviews for big things

This has basically made me think take out isn't worth it any more, it's extremely overpriced and woefully...

So I placed an order online with these at 9pm, I paid online. I called up after 35 mins to ask how long it would be. I was advised that it would be leaving the shop within 5 minutes. I waited 20 and called again, they said it was leaving right away. Waited another 15 minutes and called again, the manager advised me that he was covering from another store and that all the staff walked out at 8pm and refused to work for the rest of the night. So clearly I ordered at 9pm, so he already knew my food would not be delivered to me at all!!! Then I had to communicate with their useless customer service centre to get a refund as I never received any food, which again I was messed around being told over and over that the refund had been processed, finally after 6 WEEKS! I got my refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER...

So disappointed. My pizza was late and tepid. Driver apologised as she was the only driver.There staff shortages are not my problem as a consumer.it is most likely that the manager is cutting costs for there productivity bonus and the driver is dropping off quite a few orders at the same time.this is incredible as I live on the estate opposite..I could have picked it up on foot and got it home hotter!!!! given that there are simular complaints on this review site I'm surprised this hasn't been given any attention obviously they only care about taking our money..I also would like to point out that the toppings are getting smaller and smaller in quantity...it'll be a long time before I order from there again...very...
