Papa Luigi Dial-a-Pizza — Restaurant in England

Thought we would try you guys for something different - ordered chicken dippers for the kids, selected the sauces we wanted, ordered 2 pizzas and chips, selected additional sauce that we paid for garlic & herb - none of the sauces arrived, checked in front of the driver - he couldnt care less, he just shrugged and said what do you want me to do, call the shop, which i did and was told they would deliver the sauces IF they were passing that night, surprise, surprise, they didnt arrive. It was the principal of it, my kids didnt have sauce to dip the chicken in and we didnt have the sauce we paid for, very poor service, and we will not be back. Not even so much as an apology. Will stick to STAR kebab in Yaxley, so much better and...

Son’s 21st we ordered pizzas for the family £60+quid and I’m not sure what has happened to this place. Not ordered for a few months due to tough tasteless pizza dough, but hoped it would be better. Dough was fine this time, but the usual lovely Italian spicy salami, was instead the thin German style salami like you buy in packets from the supermarket. Not remotely similar. I really didn’t like it, so sadly a waste of money.. such a huge change like this should be advertised. We used to spend £50 a week with them, but that’s us done. I really don’t like that thin german salami topping, and this from a supposedly Italian pizza place, so we will need to find a new pizza...

Absolutely awful tonight, what a disappointment.. We have ordered a good few times from here and has always been good. However we spent nearly £50 tonight and it turned up late with half the order missing including the extras on the pizza and side orders.. My husband rang to see what had happened not even to ask for the rest to be delivered and the lovely girl, who was polite BTW asked if he would like to talk to a manager, yes was the answer and he came on the phone moaned that he was busy and laughed..
