Pepe's — Restaurant in England

I ordered today more than £50 worth of meals to sit in. The Asian teens there they have on their tills are extremely rude - no politeness or courtesy when they talk to the customer. When taking my order when I was thinking what more to order the chap kept on forcefully telling what’s next in a rude way… then when collecting the meal I ordered 5 meals and they gave me 4 sauces … when I asked more sauce the chap serving me said this how many I get and that’s it very rudely… then when I asked them to count how many meals I ordered the chap realised and gave me extra sauce rudely which out even a apology … it’s not that they missed the sauce or asking next order - the attitude and rudeness these Asian chaps working there shows they don’t know how to talk to a customer…. I will never order from them ever again or visit due to their rudeness and horrible customer service…don’t recommend this...

I ordered the extreme sauce on the loaded fries with cheese and extra chicken. For paying 13pounds for this I was surprised it came absolutely drenched in sauce. I mean literally drenched. I like super spicy food the sauce was good but the way that every single piece of it was DRENCHED in a thick layer of sauce was a bit absurd and made it impossible to eat it all & made it extremely soggy. Whereas my partners food had a regular amount of sauce on it almost felt like because I ordered extreme they were mocking me but idk. Would not have ordered the extreme sauce if I knew it wasn’t sauce on top, it would be quite literally drowning in it. Even then, the amount of sauce on this was absurd even with any other sauce as by the time it came in delivery it was all...

Pepes is one of my favourite grilled chicken place and the standards and quality of food has gone down in this store so much that I cant recommend this place anymore. We order from here minimum once every month but lately their food don’t taste the same; not grilled properly, lacking flavour and ingredients reduced. I eat Pepes from other stores and they still maintain their standards. I really hope they revert to their great standards and amazing peri peri chicken. Its one of its kind in Telford i.e halal grilled peri peri chicken that could compete with Nandos. There is plenty of seating place and also free parking space adjacent to Pepes.
