Perfect Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

This food restaurant was my go to place to eat. Anyway I received my order with reheated chips. I ordered 3 student meals which came to over £20. When I had rang up the shop I was extremely kind and told him that my chips were cold, instead the owner was the rudest even though I reminded him I was a regular customer who has never ever complained. The owner was absolutely horrible and even told me that next time if I order on the phone for collection that he was not going to start preparing the meal until I came in the shop. Have eaten from here few times already and today Ordered 4 meals for me and family. Chicken burgers are good taste wise. I have noticed that they have downsized their burger fillets. Fillets are quite thin now ,unlike what it was when I had previously. It was quality with quantity, well not anymore. Fries are also OK. I am very disappointed with their hygiene level. They need to concentrate on hygiene. Saw the worker putting lettuce onto burgers with hand , he didnt use any kind of utensils. Shop needs an upgrade too as cleanliness level is low.
