Said delivery will be 25-35 minutes online. 1 and half hours later phone call of delivery driver. Where is your flat mate. (I'm in a house). Told him I didnt want it!. 3 times I've called to try see where my order was and now to complain.(no answer). I understand buisness can be busy etc. Its a bloody monday day! Man the kitchen/road with sufficient staff!. If not keep the website up to date with delivery times, and if you cant do that well than at least have the common decency to call the customer to notify them the order is going to be late. Been sat here shaking with pizza withdrawal symptoms!. And because of the poor admin on your behalf my stubbornness got the better of me and I refused the food! Hangry and not impressed!. Please if your going to take anything from this .. dont let loyal food eaters down!! Preposterous!
