Pizza Hut Crewe — Restaurant in England

Said delivery will be 25-35 minutes online. 1 and half hours later phone call of delivery driver. Where is your flat mate. (I'm in a house). Told him I didnt want it!. 3 times I've called to try see where my order was and now to complain.(no answer). I understand buisness can be busy etc. Its a bloody monday day! Man the kitchen/road with sufficient staff!. If not keep the website up to date with delivery times, and if you cant do that well than at least have the common decency to call the customer to notify them the order is going to be late. Been sat here shaking with pizza withdrawal symptoms!. And because of the poor admin on your behalf my stubbornness got the better of me and I refused the food! Hangry and not impressed!. Please if your going to take anything from this .. dont let loyal food eaters down!!...

I've never had any issues and always had great service until my last order. Last night my order came wrong and also missing 1 of my large pizza's but it was the response of the staff that made me a happy customer as who ever dealt with my phone call couldn't apologise enough. Everyone makes mistakes but it was their response to getting my correct order back to me in super fast time with a sincere apology. Post people complain how it ruined their night or meal whatever but for me nothing was ruined. Everyone can make a mistake or have a blunder but it is how you respond to it is what should be looked at and in my case last night I had 5 star...

Waited 2 hours for food delivery this evening and still waiting, after an hour we called to be told it will be with us in 15 minutes another 45 minutes later we call again after no food to be told it's on its way,20 minutes ago (Uber delivery and promised to call back to update...they didn't!) doesn't help when they don't answer the phone most of the time!.....now we are a maximum of 10 minutes away from the restaurant......and still no food! Another phone call made! No answer x2. FOOD FINALLY ARRIVED AFTER 2 HOURS STINE COLD AND THROWN STRAIGHT IN THE BIN!!!...
