I'm not sure if they've changed management or just the staff, but as a regulr customer, this was not my best visit. I've never seen this particular young duo behind the counter before. I went in at 12:00 on a Tuesday and they had ran out of Bagels. Ok, happens. I was told a 20 min, I would have expected the offer of a complimentary drink for such a wait, but alas not. Waited 35 mins with others served ahead if me despite ordering first, When asked if mine was on the way, I was told, "You can always order ahead". Perhaps the art of polite customer services is an alien concept to this generation? Shame, the food is good but I was left disappointed with...

This Bagel place is just outstanding. You won't find 2nd place like this in Crewe unfortunately. Designed with style and taste, perfect place to pop in even just to have a coffee (which is exceptional, trust me) and relax. Had Bagels on Sunday with my partner and we absolutely loved them. The price is very fair for how big the Bagels are but firstly, the quality and freshness of ingredients they use. A big fan already, and there's still so much to try in the menu. Placed a large order today for our office, after discovering the company online. We explained that we were an office and would need the food delivered at 12. After phoning several times, the food turned at up 10 to 1 stone cold and very unappetising, when we messaged to say we weren’t happy, we were met with a totally unprofessional and uninterested response.
