Planet Pizza — Restaurant in England

Use this place alot. Its our favourite pizza but every now and then they use a different cheese in the crust. Its like mush and it tastes like s**t. When we rang about it before they admitted its cause they ran out of there normal cheese and this was just a replacement until delivery etc. So no problem. Went back to normal, beautiful pizzas. Well this time they denied they changed the cheese, and said just dont eat the crust...well im sorry thats not good enough. When I asked to talk to manager quite conveniently he was not in and this man was working on his own. He kept repeating this cheese is quality but I tell u something, its not, even my dog didn't have any. I said we don't want the pizza come collect and refund but he could not do that without managers say so. So tomorrow im taking the pizza in a carrier bag to the shop and demanding some sort of apology and to prove how disgusting it really was!! I guess I'll keep...

Absolutely disgusting. Over 40 minutes late. Food was stone cold. Chips were burnt. Chicken was raw. Mozerella sticks were burnt and the cheese was stuck on the outside all congealed where had clearly been sat there for god knows how long. I asked for 2 garlic sauces and I got some green horrible looking stuff in a cardboard container which tasted foul. I couldn't eat it at all. I phoned nearly 20 times to find out where my food was and then complain and they did not answer me once. I had to phone just eat who called them for me and the owner said everything was fine and hot. It was so cold my chips may as well have been frozen again. It was disgusting. Refused to give me any sort of money back....

Earnt enough stamps by ordering through Just Eat to finally get my stampcard discount only to have my order cancelled when trying to use it. Upon calling them I was told I cannot use the stamp card when paying via card/direct debit. When asking if I can use it and pay cash and also collect, I was told no and they hung up on me. Now they won't answer the phone and I cannot use a promotion that they advertised and that I have earned. Not only is this false advertising but also absolutely disgusting service from a takeaway that I regularly use.

I will not be ordering...
