Arena Lounge — Restaurant in Great Britain

We went on a weekday for a birthday celebration I just happened to google Nigerian resturants in Chatham and Arena came up. Let's start off with the decor and ambience. Perfect . The staff absolutely amazing couldn't do enough for us. Accommodated all our needs without being to over bearing. We didn't feel rushed we were definitely welcomed. We literally had the run of the place. It was clean, tidy, and the food was on point. Proper nigerian food with the full taste that is always appreciated. I couldn't fault it. This place needs to be investigated by the Food Standard Agency.

They served me an African dish (ISE EWU) that requires you to be given a washing hand bowl with hand soap before and after eating.

When I asked for the bowl to wash my hands the owner of the venue said they don't serve it with washing hand water and asked me to walk about 30 meters to the back room walking through people to wash my hands.

I was so shocked and I refused to eat there as I found it so irritating and disgusting. The owner was so rude and lacked customer service.

Although, slightly more expensive than usual, I absolutely love their meals, you can sense that the restaurant has great hygiene, cause their food is always well packaged and piping hot upon delivery. They always make exceptions and additional changes for the meals whenever I ask and they have GREAT Customer Service!
