Was in Polperro a couple of weeks ago when a guy called Beaver told us to go and have a drink. Took us up and what a fantastic night we had. Cracking place. Live music and made our first night there a one to remember. Cheers!

Not at all what you would expect from a legion. It's nice and modern inside a bit of a wolf in sheep's clothing so to speak. I'll say no more and leave it to you to find out yourselves. 50p for a game of pool too!

This is a great place to visit when in Polperro. It’s run by a great team of volunteers and staff who are friendly and helpful. The music is good, it has large screens when sport is on. It has been revamped to a set it apart from the usual British Legion decor. The toilets have been refurbed to a high standard making it one of if not the best one I’ve visited. Well done to...

Don't be fooled, this place is underrated! Lovely throughout, friendly service from the outset. Drinks reasonably priced, nice view and the setting is cosy. Toilets are spotless, I paid 50p in the village and they were filthy. Nipped in here for a drink and the loo and plan to return throughout our stay. Recommended to us by a local. Open...

A hidden gem in Polperro, definitely worth a visit as it serves the cheapest beer in the village. With its recent refit the bar looks and feels cosy and comfortable. Staffed by local volunteers there is always someone to chat to who'll be able to give you some local knowledge should you need it. Also keep your eye out for the regular live...
