Our Sunday lunch was a disaster. We were booked for 2pm there was only a small amount of turkey left no other choice of meat. The vegetables were not cooked properly and had been sitting under heat lamps just drying up. There was hardly any gravy and the table with what sauces were left was dirty . The sign outside says food served all day when other people arrived they were told there wasn’t any left. This was a meal out for my 92 year old Mum who was not amused. To add to the chaos the two chefs then preceded to have a heated argument in the kitchen which we could all hear. I won’t be going there again and I would advise anyone I know not to bother .very...

We went with a group of 14 adults with mixed disabilities and we were made absolutely welcome with open arms. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were extremely understanding and helpful.

Pool tables are fully accessible as is the pub for wheelchair users

Prices are reasonable and affordable, and the staff brilliant, the pub is clean , warm , up to date, and comfortable. Highly recommend visiting this pub and supporting a local businesses

We booked 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday night. The barman had given our table away to a group that he knew the day before.

We rang ahead just to double check they do food, and were told, only when we asked, that they had had to cancel our booking as they hadn't planned for it.

We warned a group next to us at the campsite in case they had booked the same pub, they laughed and said they knew the barman and he had made space for them. It's a shame it may be a good pub, but unfortunately they never allowed us a chance to discover the truth. 0/10...
