Rays Ice Cream — Restaurant in England

We booked for Rays Ice cream to attend our wedding in 2020, but sadly we had to rearrange due to COVID to 2021, this was no problem at all for Hadi and we managed to easily rearrange to the new date. Communication was at a fab standard, and we went over timings and flavour choices well in advance for the day so we were all set!

On the day it was absolutely amazing, we had raspberry sorbet, lemon meringue, chocolate with smarties and salted caramel as flavour options. I had the two fruity ones with a chocolate flake and they were absolutely gorgeous. Would 100% recommend if you are thinking of having any ice cream supplied at your event!

We have also been ordering over lockdown and absolutely love the delivery service. Think it's a fantastic local business and can't believe it is approaching is 10 year birthday already! Thanks so much for being part of our special day and for making the event...

Great ice cream served with a perfect smile. We always love going to Rays Ice Cream and their ice cream birthday cakes have become a bit of a tradition in our household. Loads of flavours to choose from and plenty of gluten free options. The flavours are always full bodied and genuinely taste like the description on the tub with a rich creamy consistency. Service in the Old town shop is always bright and cheery and you are made to feel very welcome no matter how long it takes you to choose a flavour. I guess its little overhyped from the reviews. Visited yesterday during afternoon hours no rush, only 5 options of ice cream(which are really less if ur whole business is into this). I tried choco chip, vanilla and asked for mocha to take away. Taste was average(ice cream truck outside the schools have many more options and tastes much much better) and they didnt have anything to cover for takeaways which is really surprising.
