This place used to be great, but things have changed. I ordered a meal-deal, the chips were stale, the curry seemed to have had a pound of sugar poured into it, the poppadums were so stale they were bendable and everything was cold. They may just have been having a bad night, but the delivery driver is my biggest issue. Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable. He wouldn't leave, he asked if I was single, he told me he was a single father, and asked if I lived alone, the attempts at flirting just went on. I had the awful feeling all night he was going to come back. He was creepy and I was on edge. He crossed the line and needs more than talking to. Luckily, I have CCTV, and a whacking great dog, but I should not have to put up with being come on to when I order a takeaway! I'll never order from this place again for fear it's him who...

Awful customer service. AVOID. We placed a large order and the updates kept changing for delivery. After the third time, i contacted the restaurant to see what the issue was. The staff member was very rude to the point i had to highlight i am now recording the call , as i was utterly disgusted at how i was being spoken to. The restaurant claimed they wouldn’t deliver to us as we were too far (despite stating they deliver in our area) , but had already prepared the order. I had to go through a third party company to battle for a refund. Eventually i got it rectified ( through no help of the restaurant) through just eat who immediately refunded our order. Tasty food, let down by the fact that the front of house staff. Wasn't hungry so my partner was going to order a set meal and I was going to have maybe mouthfuls. Was told that they couldn't do that and if we were sharing we'd have to either order double (and waste most of the food) or buy the set meal items separately and have it cost twice as much.

Tried to question this with the bloke taking the order who just kept repeating "you get it yeah?" to me but wasn't offering much of an explanation why the menu price would be doubled if I took a piece of chicken.

Decided to leave and go...
