Rio's Piri Piri — Restaurant in England

I used to be a regular customer here but things have seem to go downhill

Enticed by free samples and we thought we should try the new smoothies

It took 15 mins and probably more as it still wasn't ready just for 2 smoothies. We understand other customers' meals were first.

But the lady on the till was not acknowledging us as we were waiting. And we could see the kitchen 2 smoothies were not even prepared.

Other customers were getting their smoothies/milkshakes. If you stay quiet and say nothing they don't care.

We had to raise our voices to get our money back. Just give us the money back. There came the excuses "machine not working properly" (we saw customers getting their smoothies) and the other one - "its ready now". No it wasnt - just one half prepared as soon as we complained.

Wont come here again lost a customer I dont blame the kid handing out freebies he was trying

And there was another customer whose order they got wrong

Why lie with a fake reply, just to make yourselves look good and us wrong?

We were not informed of the 15 minutes waiting time and did not agree to this

And zero tolerance shouting/behaviours... We had to raise our voices as we wanted a REFUND which your staff were refusing to do.

Just give us a refund its not that difficult.
