Riviera — Restaurant in England

Not sure what has happened since the refit and price increase but it definitely isn't the same. Been having a salad in pitta with chips for a few years now and always consistent until tonight. Lettuce must have been wet so pitta was a soggy mess, hardly any tomatoes or cucumber. Coleslaw which is normally yummy was very average. Garlic and chilly sauce not tasty and chips very average too. My partner has to now have a large kebab as that's all they do, that wasn't the same either. When I rang to tell them, they were apologetic and did ask if I wanted something else but it was too late and not really worth driving back Update - my partner gave them a 2nd chance last night Saturday. Seriously??? Had many a takeaway in my time and it that time some have been barely warm but both kebabs were absolutely 'Stone Cold'.....this can't be blamed on delayed delivery either, as i personally waited in the shop for my order to be cooked! The whole contents of both kebabs were literally freezing as though they had just been taken out of the fridge....they weren't even luke warm. I'm not quite sure if I'm missing something here but quite obviously it must be the 'Riveira Way' to eat kebabs straight from the fridge, I know times are hard and we're all cutting down on our utility bills but at least point the food in the direction of a heat source!!!! We got this pizza shop last night soon as we walked in the owner had a dirty T shirt on staines all over it the floor was disgusting the price is unreal we got a Donna meat pizza 11 inch the pizza when opened was as if the pizza had or ready been cooked cheese and tomato then they put the toppings on it and give you it as the Donna meat was just thrown on it with onion , cheese and chips comes in a bag 🫣so all the cheese when got home was melted to the bag 🙄 just a dirty takeaway save your money don’t waste it on this...
