AVOID!!

Upon arrival I informed the waiting staff that a member of the table was coeliac and their dishes would need to be gluten free.

I was assured that everything ordered for that person was free from gluten many times after repeatedly double checking with staff. Our experience with curry is that it is usually coeliac safe which is why we feel comfortable eating out.

Food was pleasant but sadly upon returning home suffered a coeliac attack - a substantial amount of gluten had managed to get into the meal effectively poisoning them.

I am really disappointed that despite advertisement on the website and asking staff about allergens there has clearly been either a mistake made or cross contamination despite me speaking to staff numerous times about this serious allergy. I emailed the business informing them of what had happened to firstly try to avoid any other people with allergies being affected and also to request that we be reimbursed for his meal but I have not had any...

I recently ordered a takeaway from Sahil Spice in Leighton Buzzard, and although it was a busy evening, the service truly stood out. The waiter Rajiv made sure I was informed about the waiting time and went above and beyond by providing complimentary drinks while I waited. It’s such a thoughtful gesture that they didn’t have to do but shows how much they value their customers.

We had a takeaway from here last night and I have to say it's the best indian food we've had in Leighton Buzzard for a long time. All staff that I interacted with were really nice. Our food was hot, order was correct and the quality was great. I love onions bhaji's and expect them to be crispy, which they really were. Butter chicken, chicken rogan josh, chana masala, onion bhajis, onion rice and garlic naan were all very tasty.
