We surprised the children & what an amazing few hours we had! I have no idea how there could be any bad reviews, there’s nothing to dislike! -The building is on an industrial estate with parking onsite. The building is small like others said but it doesn’t need to be any bigger! There are plenty of machines & enough space for all. It’s easier for the children to have a bit of independence without the fear of you loosing them! The atmosphere is amazing, it’s buzzing with all the lights, music & teddies everywhere. It’s a child dream! -60 tokens for £20 is amazing value & it’s lovely to let the children operate them themselves & actually win! I don’t think they’ve ever won a single thing themselves from a claw machine before in the normal arcades at the seaside, it’s always dads jobs to win the teddies so it was nice for them to do it themselves. -Of course we had to test out the human claw which was so much fun! It’s £15 a go & they have huge plushies in there, you tell the operator which teddy you are aiming for & he guides you over, you get 5 seconds to grab as much as you can! They came out with multiple prizes! One of them grabbed a giant plushie,a baseball bat set & 3 little bears all in one swoop! It’s very exciting for them & worth the money for the experience. -The owner is absolutely lovely, him & his wife have done a great job creating a fun place for kids and adults in Leicester. The staff working on the shop floor were wonderful, there was a man going around restocking & rearranging the plushies constantly so they weren’t stuck down, he even moved some around for us if there was a teddy the children wanted & moved them to the top! (Where else do you get customer service like that?!) I noticed there was a very upset little girl looking at the counter because she wanted something but couldn’t have it & the owner took the prize out & gave it to the little girl 💗 which was really sweet. I was also given extra tokens so I could have a go on the machines myself…how lovely is that! It’s important to note that tokens weren’t given in exchange for a review! A review wasn’t even mentioned, he was genuinely being kind. Im leaving a review because we had a great time & it’s warranted, not because I was given tokens in exchange like some reviews say! -It isn’t a prize every time but the machines pick up well. Some are 1 token, 2 tokens & 5 tokens. I noticed some reviews mentioning the quality of the plushies. 1 token machines have teddies which aren’t the best quality I agree but really it’s about the experience & the children loved the thrill of winning rather than the actual prize. The 1 token teddies are no different to what you’d win on hook a duck at the fair for £4! 2 token machines had some lovely quality teddies, some fruit ones & some pretzels & croissants which are lovely & look like jellycat. The 5 token one we won a Lububu which our 5 year old was over the moon with! -So the big part…the money side. £20 for 60 tokens,£15 for 35 tokens (there was a larger package but I can’t remember cost) we let the children have 60 tokens each for the machines which some people may think is expensive but we looked at it like it was a day out, It would have cost that to go to the farm for example & to do something so fun & different was well worth the money. -The only negative we had while there was unfortunately from other parents! A few of the children in there had mentioned our children’s trolly and how many toys they had won (there was 5 of us in total) a couple of the mums had a dig about us wasting money & how’s much it would have cost & said its ridiculous. Which is a bit sad really & made my children feel guilty. People can spend as much or as little as they like, like I said we treated it like a ‘day out’ & just wanted the children to experience something different & have fun -We left with an abundance of plushies, a full boot, 3 happy children & 2 happy grownups! We highly recommend if you want to treat the children to something different from the norm! Thank you...

Came here, not really knowing what to expect but the place look good. Quite a lot of mixed reviews.
I think some of the positive ones might be due to getting free coins if you leave a review while you’re there at the desk ….
The place is quite small, but that’s fine. Doesn’t really need to be big however it is a bit cramped. The air-conditioning isn’t really an issue as the front door is left open and it’s not really that hot in there.
I am not stupid and I know these places need to make money and the machines are rigged not to win every time. A bit like when you go to a fairground. The claw machine would grab the toys but just let them go before pay out.
The toys are cheap and inexpensive however after seeing some of the reviews I thought if you won a lot of them, it’d be worthwhile going
After spending £20 on 60 tokens ( I did this twice as with the first lot we won nothing). We came away with seven little teddy bears. I’ve even been better off going to a toy store giving my kids some money and let them buy something worth it.
You come to places like this for an experience, but I would not be coming again and it’s definitely not worth the money...
Read moreWoW…. Had day off work and took my 6 year old daughter here to give her a fun afternoon.
£20 for 60 tokens seemed reasonable on approach and that gave us 30 attempts to win a toy, however, we left empty handed and my daughter crying in the car. There was another parent in there saying she had to spend £60 before finally winning a couple of toys at the end, this is truly shocking when advertised as more of an experience, Save yourself the time and effort and just buy your kids a good quality Plushy.
The soft toys are really cheap quality as you can clearly see through the glass window displays, the human claw they put large gloves on the child and give them 5 seconds so very difficult to even grab 1 toy.
The location is sketchy and difficult to find and also park the car.
On the whole absolute dreadful place! The fact you have to hand the token basket back to the counter and they do not even give the child at least one toy is shocking, we grabbed a trolley at the beginning and decided to put this back half way through spending the tokens due to realising the con that it is.
I really don’t believe this place will exist in 12...
