Subhanallah, you know to the best of my knowledge and from what ive seen, businesses that obey Allah, barakah is given to them. Everytime I visit there is such a beautiful vibe. No filthy music which is displeasing to Allah. I have even witnessed they provide a barrier for the beliveing women who do not want to show their face to non relations. They have a place for travellers to pray their prayers mashallah. The toilet has been refurbished and mashallah is so good too. Wudu can be done with ease now inshallah. The staff are so nice aswell, ready to help, they ask at the end if everything was good with the food. And also they keep an eye on if you will need more roti. For example my father asked for more roti cos he thought we would run out. But the waiter didnt end up making it and said "i thought you wont need more roti so i didnt make more." now ask yourself dear readers, what other restaurants would do that? Im telling you most restaurants would literally just make the rotis so they can make more money. May Allah increase this business in success. Also yes food is amazing very good. Butter chicken and bindi is good too. Would recommend for those who wanna avoid fitan wa fasaad but still enjoy amazing...
Read moreI have tried this place few times. Had Desi Breakfast, decent portion and better than Chai Wala. Their Paratha is good. Their Biriyani is not good and over priced.
You wouldn't know when you can pay with card, it's up to them. They demand cash payments majority of the time. Very stingy with Ketchup.
Service is appalling. When I was paying for the food, the guy on the counter (probably the manager) showed me I had water bottle on the table. (I carry water bottle for my medication e.t.c) He showed me sign inside their counter area which says if you bring your own stuff you have to pay certain percentage more, I can not remember if he said 5% or 10% more.
This is how you lose customers. 1 used bottle of water and you're trying to take extra money. Shame on you.
I remember getting ticket for parking in front their restaurant, because the parking is very difficult, but as a loyal customer I did come back with family. But after the indecent behaviour I would avoid because I've found them to be unkind and...
Read moreThe food consistently meets expectations, but there have been two instances of overcharging. Firstly, during an in-person visit to the restaurant, I ordered a curry and some Tandoori Naans, only to find that the total was higher than what was listed on the menu. When I inquired, I was informed that prices had increased, and they were in the process of updating their menus.
Several months later, when I placed an order over the phone, I confirmed the prices listed on their website before finalizing my order. However, upon picking up my order, I was once again asked to pay more than the online price. The explanation given was consistent - the website hadn't been updated to reflect the new prices.
This practice feels like a clear breach of customer trust. If the establishment is unable to promptly update their menus or website, they should still honor the advertised prices as a matter of respect for their customers. It's disappointing to feel misled in...
