As usual the Starbucks Cafe area located within Sainsburys Beaconsfield, was in a state ! To say the least. Tabletops not cleared , dirty and food bits everywhere too. No sign of anyone making a effort to clear or clean all either. Even though there seems to be lots of staff behind serving counter ? Then the service is always bad too! I often get opposite of what I asked for , unless I repeat myself several times at least ! But it’s lack of concentration by female staff mostly , as they prefer to carry on with their lurid and detailed conversations of what they did the night before ! So it’s all really a bad experience attending this cafe at any time. But if it’s a relative of someone they serve who they know, has same foul mouthed disposition as them , then they seem to get better service. Zero points on all fronts for this dirty , bad staff attitude Starbucks cafe !! Well visited it again today and not good experience unfortunately! It started with liquid , and food on floor trip hazards. Of which when I reported to many staff behind counter , just fell on deaf ears ? I nearly slipped over after I left paying , just ignored after yet again reporting debris on floor! There was no one cleaning seating area, or cleaning tables either? Yet there were more than 6-8 staff behind serving counter? Why ? It needs a upper management review on staff training , especially hygiene...
Read moreSTAFF RUDE CONSISTENTLY..I’m not sure what is going on here at Starbucks, but the turnover of good staff is a shame. The long term staff have lost there way and truly do not understand the level of customer service that is expected from the Starbucks brand. I have been coming to this branch since day one many many years ago. Due to the service from this store I now never enter any Starbucks store worldwide, and I have been going to Starbucks since 1971 in Seattle, that’s how bad the treatment was in Beaconsfield Sainsburys.
After reading other reviews I can now see this branch is consistently rude and unfriendly not to mention unprofessional.

Read moreI ordered 2 paninis for delivery - 1x honey BBQ chicken and 1x festive feast. I received 2x festive feast panini's.
I assume this was because of stock levels but the worst part of this is they labelled one of the panini bags: Honey BBQ Chicken to try and deceive, even though it was evidently another festive feast panini.
It made getting a refund for the missing panini really difficult. If we wanted 2x festive feasts, we would have ordered them... but we didn't.
The deliberate deception of labeling a bag incorrectly is just annoying.
I do think their hot chocolate is the worst...
