Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

The employees need training on customer service, unless you are their friends they are not interested in you, it's shocking when the paying customer (who helps pay their wages) have more manners than the people serving them. They have no idea how to handle complaints either and are totally unhelpful when things go wrong. I'm sorry for saying this as it's not fair to generalise but they give me a vibe of being university students who are doing the job temporarily to get some spare cash and their lack of interest really shows. For the prices being charged I would go to a local coffee shop to be served by the owners who will have an interest in retaining clientele and will treat you right. I've had better service at a McDonald's drive thru. I only continue to go back here because it's convenient to meet friends due to plenty of seating space, unfortunately most local shops don't have enough seating, or I have to go into town. The abundance of seating is the only reason why this gets 2 stars...

Staff name Pavan: i was waiting in the que and there was a lady who came before me but was taking her time on the side selecting sides, after she selected her sides she came after me in the que and Pavan being racist told me to go behind her because she was before me Even the lady admit that she is suppose to be behind me I insisted her to come infront but she didn't I feel very embarrassed and uncomfortable, knowing I was right but just because of Pavan's wrong attitude I wished I have never came to Starbucks I would like to request the management to please train your staff properly how not tớ embarrassed your customers.

Another Starbucks location to enjoy your favorite SB beverage. This location a bit hidden from the main traffic, so easy to miss it, but once you find it you will enjoy the atmosphere. Interior is large open space with the usual Starbucks urban deco. It feels very inner city New York coffee shop. Plenty of seating and always a fair amount of people inside adding to that inner city coffee shop noise. But as soon as you step out the building, its a different story. Speaking of outside they do have some seating although nice on a sunny day, not a good in contrast to the inside.
