Travelled out of town to come here on the strength of reviews. I asked for no ice in my milk tea. I got ice. I asked for no milk powder, instead i asked that they only use whole milk. Instead the owner took over my order and made up the volume with water instead of whole milk as they should have. It was unpleasant to say the least.

I noticed they were running out of boba whilst they served me, instead of asking me to wait, they made with about a teaspoon of boba which they scraped out of their prep bowl despite the large cup i ordered. They were also undeniably chewy in consistency.

They messed up a second order and gave me a medium tea instead of the large I paid for. Instead of correcting it, the owner grabbed a pack of Maltesers from the shelf and tried to bribe me on my way with it. I declined and requested what i ordered. Even then, he poured the contents into a large cup with syrup and made it up with water. All in plain sight.

I always buy my Bubble Tea from here! They have so many varieties and delicious flavours. The Oreo Milkshake Boba will always be my favourite, it’s not too sweet and has the perfect amount of Oreo flavour and the Golden Boba is amazing. I also love their fruit teas, and their popping pearls which include many different types. For example Watermelon fruit tea with ice cream, or you can get it with cream cheese or just the pearls (I recommend Apple or Mango) Their Coffee Boba are okay, not as good as their other drinks. I recommend their Pistachio Coffee with Boba, it’s so delicious. I’ve visited their shop once and received very good service there, however I once ordered online and my drink came without my Boba! Stopped in here yesterday afternoon to load up on tea before a long drive south. Was warmly greeted by (presumably) the owner as I went in and decided to try something different as well as my usual dirty milk tea, so wound up with an ovaltine tea as well. The teas were really good - up there with the best I've had. The boba balls were lovely and soft, the tea was "normal" sweetness but not over sweet. Just perfect really.

I had parked at the Tesco down the road, but as I left, the owner thoughtfully offered a helpful parking tip (plus he'll bring out my order) that will make it even easier to stock up on tea for my regular long drives, so I'll definitely make the detour here first.
