Starbucks — Restaurant in England

This is usually my go to starbucks but today's horrendous service has put me off from ever going back! I went there today (26/08/2023) around 4ish in the afternoon. I asked the lady at the till how long the drink will take to make as politely as I could and her response was rude and abrupt! She said "however long it takes" extremely rudely! Then the lady who served the drink was disgusting with her customer service! We paid for the drinks and it was like she was giving us charity! Didnt know what iced drink to try today, so Harley recommended a Cookies and Cream Iced Drink and Upsold me to the biggest size, i normally add lots if ice and the lid off, this on a beautiful sunny day like yesterday, becomes the most amazing drink, whilst sitting outside enjoying my coffee. Great service every time with a big shout out to Emily, who is always so warm and welcoming. She seems to enjoy what she does and is a joy to be served by. Drinks are always great with a good selection of good and especially vegetarian options. The only downside is the size of the store as on cold days there isn't much seating inside and lots of people use the Starbucks door as an entrance and exit for Sainsburys.
