Super Pizza — Restaurant in England

Super pizza is a great buy for portion size! Great tasting food and a wonderful variety of foods!

But customer service can be very terrible... Over the last 8 years I've been buying super pizza, I have phoned up and made a complaint about my pizza being soggy, I called up and they said "yes its like that because we were 5 mins to closing so we rushed it" they were honest and I asked for another pizza or a discount the next time I buy another one as it is really good value for money. they passed the phone over to someone else who started shouting at me. I hung up on them.

The 2nd time was a more recent; I was waiting outside when they arrived with my food and drinks. I went upstairs with it all and realised that there was two drinks missing. I called up to a very nice guy who was apologizing for it. And few mins later they call me up again saying that the driver definetly said he dropped it off, the whole time he's being really nice but I can hear two other voices repeatedly saying "he's lying" "he's trying to get a free drink" along with some other words but they were definitely not being quite about the matter in the background.

After 10mins on the phone he takes control of the situation and eventually sends the driver back out and I get my missing drinks.

Point is be prepared for some abuse in the background, there is a guy there that does care for...

Reviews on super pizza, inside the restaurant and for delivery.

Firstly, the standard of the food is presumed to be bad for many reasons. Example- price, reviews and location.

However, when i first found out about super pizza i thought it was too good to be true. Super pizza proved me wrong. The standard within the pizzeria is good. The customer service skills apon arrival was nice and friendly. The pizza itself - great! They place plenty of toppings on the desired pizza. WELL WORTH the price you pay.

In theory i can demolish a large pizza from a branded pizza joint in 10 minutes. However with super pizza i get the feel of having half the pizza and being full up and leaving some for the morning. (I feel thats what ordering pizza is all about.)

On the other hand, delivery will always aim to be an hour... so not fast. If you enjoy super pizza youll get used to it and understand that the wait is worth it.

Collection at the parlour, as far as im aware no fee for card transactions. However they do have a cash machine outside of the building that will charge a rate to use. So if you wish to pay by cash, there are free to use ATMs within a...

The worst pizza delivery experience ever!!!! Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery only for it to arrive freezing cold! We sent the food back with the delivery driver and refused to pay for it. He advised us to call the shop - wow, what an experience that was. I was very polite on the phone but the man on the other end was incredibly rude & that's putting it mildly! He basically told me not to order from them again and made no apology for all the inconvenience we had been subjected to. He told me that he was annoyed that the freezing cold rubbish that they had delivered to us would be wasted! I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing. I don't ever write reviews on my experiences and appreciate that this is only a back street pizza place so really wasn't expecting much, but this was utterly disgraceful!! If i could have given no stars i would have done! Do yourself a favour people and don't give these people your money or your time, they are an utter disgrace to the other well run places like this...
