Taste 2 Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in England

Phoned up, man on the phone asked me to hold 2mins, no prob, 10 mins later still holding hung up phoned bk to be told he came back after 1 min and was saying hello hello etc this is lie, asked what dishes they had to go with special fried rice, he listed off four sauces, said I didn't want sauce but a dish as in chicken blk bean or sweet n sour etc to be told they had plum or satay sauce, what!!! he couldn't be bothered to tell me basic menu, as I didn't have one to hand, so I said I will phone bk when I know what dishes you've got, looked up menu on line, phoned bk to discover I've been blocked so phone constantly engaged,My partner rang on his phone and got through straight away, As I order food at least twice a week sometimes more, you can say goodbye to £21-£ 70 a week min thanks to your lazy lieing incompetent...

I used to eat here when I lived in weston unfortunately I moved away but last night I came back to visit a friend and we decided to have a Chinese meal, the usual place my friend orders from were closed so I suggested Taste 2. I must say even though I hadn't had for a long time the food was just as lovely as I remember it, I decided to have my favourite pork in batter, and the batter was beautiful and golden crisp, and the pork inside was coated with Chinese spice, was a taste sensation for me, the chips were good, although there seemed to be too many... But I'm not complaining I ate them anyway . And the crispy automatic lamb was superb. Lastly a huge generous pot of sweet and sour which had a decent flavour so I'd like to thank them for such a delicious meal. And for the fact I drove home over full. But that was...

Ordered our food at 6.55pm through just eat, was advised a delivery time of 7.50pm, this then changed to 8.10pm, at 8.10pm was advised by just eat driver was on way so rang restaurant to check and was informed he'd left 5 minutes earlier.

At 9pm rang restuarant to be told he'd left after I rang and then told they were trying to ring me as couldn't find us. They weren't as call waiting is on phone.

The owner really didn't seem to give a toss that we'd been waiting 2 hrs for 3 dishes which were cold by the time we got them and continually used just eat as an excuse. Shame as the foods nice if it arrives still warm and don't appreciate being lied to so...
