I visited Tea & Tipple for the very first time with my husband and his Auntie yesterday. It was warm, cosy and we were welcomed on arrival. My husband and I ordered coffee and cake. He chose the ginger and caramel which he thoroughly enjoyed. The cake was dense but he really liked that. I had a slice of their apple strudel cake. It was lovely with the mixed spices but a little bit on the dry side. Simon's Auntie had the pate and toast. She loved the crispy toast and was really pleased with what she ordered. It was a generous plateful. Simon and I both needed to use the loos and these were pleasant and relatively clean. All in all a fab visit and we'd definitely go again.

My husband and I visited Corbridge Village today and popped into the Tea & Tipple for lunch. The staff were friendly. We had the Brie caramelised onion and mushroom panini. The Cappuccino was amazing and my husband had the orange juice. The menu is thought of and different, in which I like the menu what is on offer; though as a vegetarian they could offer vegetarian sausages, bacon... Very clean, & the tables were clean & not sticky or dirty. There is alot of space inside. Toilets clean too. Totally recommend.

We called into Tea and a Tipple for a light mid-afternoon lunch on a Friday. The cafe is small and cosy with limited outdoor seating. We were lucky to get the only outside table as the cafe was full by the time we left. We chose coffees, a panini and a wrap. All of which were very nice. The coronation chicken wrap was a real highlight, served with a light salad, and full of flavours. Paining was also gorgeous and came with salad. A good choice for a light bite in Corbridge.
