A proper find on a stop-over in Corbridge and well worth taking the time to walk the couple of minutes from the centre of town to get to it. Lovely ambience, very friendly staff and (most importantly) the coffee is good. The menu is good, all the food appears to be made in-house and is really well presented on the plate. I had the best eggs Benedict I've eaten in a very long while. The eggs were perfect, as was the hollandaise. Really nice presentation and it was actually warm. So often I find my eggs ben arrive in front of me tepid at best so I was very pleased to have some heat in my breakfast! No photo I'm afraid as I'd wolfed it all down before I thought about writing a review.... It's obvious that the people here have a passion for what they do and that makes it stands out above the rest. Thanks to all at this...

Whilst sitting awaiting to have our order taken, another couple came in and the waitress asked them if they were having their usual order. Another 5 minutes before she returned to us and took our order. We did contemplate leaving as we found this rather discourteous. Food good as always but place isn't as friendly as it used to be. Such a shame after all...
