Well....disappointing is an understatement. The girl behind the bar took our order for food...so far so good. Then my wife had her food served (minus cutlery) I mean its not like were civilised and use cutlery to eat fingers are every bit as good. Anyhow further into the saga I am still waiting for my stack pie.... oh that would be the steak pie which they gladly took the order for along with my wife's lasagne. 10 minutes later after my wife's food was served ...apparently they had run out of steak pie and "would you like to order something else" was the offer 🤔 mmm let me think about this for a moment...eh NO I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ....possibly not the best experience of this pub....who knows maybe on another day they would get it right....but as there are plenty more pubs in the area I won't be...
