I recently visited The Blue Note Café in Glastonbury, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Now, let’s talk about the food—it was nothing short of amazing! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you're a vegetarian, vegan, or meat lover, the menu has something for everyone, and everything we tried was cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients really shone through.

The café itself has a lovely, cozy vibe with a touch of quirky charm that’s so fitting for Glastonbury. It’s clear that a lot of love and care goes into running this place.

If you’re in Glastonbury, do yourself a favour and stop by The Blue Note Café. Excellent food, wonderful staff, and a truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to go back!...

When visiting the blue note cafe on Friday 16th of May , we experienced a very rude member of staff. We popped in for lunch and me being vegan , opted for the falafel, hummus and salad. It states it’s vegan on the menu. When my husband went to order or lunch , he was told that the falafel would be fried with cheese . My husband pointed out that the falafel would could not be classed as vegan because of cross contamination. The angry member of staff said it was . But it isn’t. My husband then asked if they also do this with the gluten free food . Cooking it with food that isn’t. The answer to that was a muted yes. When my husband came to our table to tell me of the conversation, the now very angry member of staff followed him out and started shouting at us in front of other diners . They were also shocked at her actions. It was totally uncalled for. It’s even more shocking about the preparation of the food in regards to people’s intolerances , and very dangerous. I will be taking this...

Just eaten here and here is my honest, and stern, review.

Firstly, zero customer service, no welcome, no “Enjoy your meal”, and no “Thanks for coming” as we left. Literally nothing. In fact, my whole group felt like undervalued customers despite spending quite a decent amount of money between us.

The food, after waiting at least 30mins (even though 2 meals were literally a salad), the food arrived. In fairness, despite the long waiting time, the food was visually appealing, and improved our morale, which had dropped substantially at that point.

The food was ‘okay’, nothing special, and for the prices, especially the salad, not worth it really. With the burger, you get a portion of chips at the colossal number of 5 (6 max), which was incredibly underwhelming.
