The Burrow at the Blues — Restaurant in England

This has to be one of the worse places to go...!! The app takes too long to order and keeps dropping out. staff look like they have lost the will to live, when our drinks did arrive I asked for some more ice and was told to order it on the app...!!!! So just to walk back to the bar and get some is to difficult..?!?!? the Manager Matt that was on duty had no idea what was going on, what table had ordered or who was having a problem's. for the most of the time I watched him having a good laugh with what looked to be his mates...!!! No wonder the staff looked ready to leave. Don't bother going your wasting your time...

Overall had a really nice time here. Warm outside seating but would recommend wearing a coat. Only let down was we had some difficulty ordering on the app. Took us about half hour to order. But staff were attentive and reported the problem we highlighted. Also made a real effort to get our order completed. Two out of the three phones we had couldn't use the ordering app. Food was really good, Good portions and tasty and cater for majority of dietary needs with option to make kitchen staff aware of any requirements. Very pleasant evening spent here tonight, the meal/drink ordering system was gratefully explained to us by a very helpful young lady, who during the course of the evening made sure everything was to our expectations. One slight hiccup however where two different drinks arrived as one type. The original server failed to point out one of our drinks wasn't available, despite it showing on the app ...
