The Cafe+ — Restaurant in England

They describe their range of coffee to include cappucinno and lattes, in response to my complain about a cappuccino I ordered being hot water based and not milk based (which it should be, common knowledge) they argued back that I only paid 90p (Im aware of that, but I expected to receive what I ordered) and they use a nescafe automated machine, maybe it needs servicing or they should consider changing the choices are they don't offer what they claim.

They constantly respond on just eat in a condescending way trying to place blame here there and everywhere rather than accepting they have some timing and quality issues.

I requested a refund via just eat and they claimed they couldn't do this as they paid for the ingredients... Not sure what that has to do with poor quality and badly cooked food, as well as falsely advertised coffee but like I said they're full of ridiculous excuses for their short comings.

They claim that the bad reviews come from people who don't know how to appreciate things but I'm not sure how anyone should or can appreciate late food, poor quality food, coffee that isn't what they claim and, looking at other reviews, this isn't even a...

The order that was delivered to my house was the wrong order . Rang them to say it was wrong and they said they would ring back . Tried to ring again 3 times and every time went to voicemail , they could of rang up and said they will be refunding the money and that we could keep the food for the inconvenience, but instead it took them 55 minutes to send the driver back with the refunded money and told him to tell us that we can keep the food we have , which we couldn’t use because it was all cold by the time he got to us. Always ridiculous delivery time, and always is really really late I would understand if we was ordering a three course meal each but when it’s a 5 minute drive and we’re ordering 2 sandwiches it’s pretty embarrassing, 1 hour 35 minutes for the delivery time and it was 40 minutes late, they forgot the sauce in my sandwich and we rang up twice to see where the order was and neither of them times they bothered to tell us they didn’t have the drinks we wanted.
