I don't very often go to the M&S cafe because I thought it would be overpriced but I was pleasantly surprised when a slice of cake and a cup of tea came to approx £5.

The service was really good. I was feeding the baby at the till and the lady offered to bring my drink and cake over. A chap brought it over in the end but he was very thoughtful and got me some sugar too! Will definitely...

AMAZING service from our barista poppy. She made sure everyones drinks were displayed amazingly and tasted GORGEOUS! Her customer service made our day and experience.
