Really disappointing, the social media advertising of this place makes you believe that you are going to somewhere really niche and independent with options for everyone. Unfortunately the food comes in kit form on your plate, the quality of which is poor. Multiple options not available on my visit. I am always polite and courteous wherever I go but was left feeling like an inconvenience for ordering / being served by what appeared to be a group of disinterested youths who were covering whilst their parents are away? I am a huge advocate of supporting local, but if you advertise vegan and other such options then please have them available, and if they are available make sure they are in date - I’m sure the local Environmental health wouldn’t be impressed at you serving lumpy spoiled Almond milk, also if you are serving someone a sandwich then maybe construct the sandwich not provide it in component form on wet napkins on a plate. Very disappointing when a local coffee shop is worse than Wetherspoons at getting...

Last few times I’ve been in to buy my lunch I have been very disappointed ,first time I stood waiting for neally five minutes before being acknowledged by anyone also no conversation from staff a hello or thank you just how much it was ,today I went in and was the same again ,I understand it’s busy but a hello or something would be nice ,the lady in front of me was also pulling a face hearing what they were doing on a weekend ,I don’t normally leave bad reviews but really felt it was needed as I won’t be returning which is a shame because the food is lovely but customer service isn’t...

Not a good exprience. Kept waiting at the counter, ordered black Americano & bacon bap. Served with a filter coffee which is not the same, when asked to change the coffee, I was met with the response , that's what you get with the offer!" It might be the case but it's not what I ordered, then had to wait for the correct coffee & was told I would have to pay an extra 95p,I never asked for the deal & im happy to pay for what i had ordered not what i was served with. Some if the staff are rude & un-helpful. I won't be returning...

The food is good. We had a panini and a piece of corned beef pie. Both tasted great and we didn't have to wait long. Tea came in a decent sized pot, which meant I got a couple of cups of good quality tea. Then we had a piece of vanilla sprinkles sponge and a black current flapjack. Both tasted homemade. The pieces of cake were very generous, which was amazing considering how reasonable the prices are. Really glad we stopped in. Thanks you.

A decent coffee shop. The loose leaf tea was delicious, you could tell the quality was good too. This is the cafe to come to for smoothies! They are splendid smoothies, which are reasonably priced, which makes coming here the obvious choice if you're wanting a refreshing smoothie! The cafe has friendly staff, and they do discounts for students during the week. I recommend!

Decided to pop in as drawn by the sign on the window for a mug of tea. Ordered the bacon roll with tea and added a chocolate chip cookie. Managed to get a comfy seat watching the world go by. Service was quick and roll/drink was hot and tasty. The staff seemed pleasant and friendly.
