Me and my partner decided we would goto Witherspoons in Morpeth for a change,won't be doing that again,infact we won't be going to any Witherspoons ever again,I went upto order food and drinks,and the atmosphere wasn't there,there was no warm welcoming at all,I didn't feel welcome and felt that all they was bothered about was serving me as quickly as possible and getting me out of the way,and when I tried to present them my Blue light card and Vetrans military card,they said very bluntly they don't accept them,and when I said that the one in Bedlington does he's reply was, well we don't,so wasn't happy about that,and when I got my food that I ordered I had to ask for some more chips as there wasn't very much there,although my partners large mixed grill was spot on,the service is below average,but my partner did ask the guy that brought our food about my military cards and they was very helpful but the answer was the same,this is a franchise where all they care about is taking your money and serving you as quickly as possible,there is no good atmosphere,you don't feel welcome and they are not very welcoming at all,If you want to eat out,I'd suggest eat out somewhere else where your gonna get good quality food and not cheap low grade food like what I got...

My best mate Ordered the porridge because how can you go wrong with that? She sent it back and even staff apologised saying it was "unedible". They brought it back and it was essentially milk so went from concrete mix that could build your house to a drinkable liquid.

We asked for a refund for her and they refunded the wrong person!
