The Market Tavern — Restaurant in England

We visited here on the eve of my friend's wedding.

As a testament to the popularity of the palace, there was a queue to enter as we were leaving.

I feel this speaks volumes as to the venue itself as it's clearly well frequented by the local population

The enclosed beer garden is fantastic, lots of cover including a large gazebo

There's also a breakout room that was being used as a disco room

Lots going on here and lots of potential, I can see why it's popular

The drinks range was good, they had beer, cider, gin, wine, vodka, whiskey, sambuca, tequila, rum and loads more to offer too

I'm unsure if they do food or not but our party had sandwich platters bought from Costco so I feel...

Popped in this afternoon and it was very busy but the landlord managed to fit us in for Sunday lunch . I must say it's the nicest Sunday roast I have had in years and we eat out a lot 😋 . Such a warm welcoming pub landlord is amazing very friendly as is the rest of the team . Can't wait to come back very soon and eat again . I really wish this was my local pub other pubs should take note this is how it is done top notch. Great food, great price, great atmosphere, great jam roly poly. 100 percent...

Paid a visit to sandbach today and had lunch at this pub, it was nicely decorated, the two guys running it were very friendly, and suggested a different mixer for my gin which was really bice we had Nacho's to share as a starter and they were so good, to follow we both had roast beef dinner, couldn't fault a thing, was very tasty and a good selection of veg, definitely somewhere we would go back too,. And as a lass from wigan it was nice to meet...
