Very poor customer service. I thought my food was being delivered they thought collection. I rang back after 45 minutes to be told that he was on his way. I then rang back after 1h 25 and I was told it was waiting there for collection. I asked for it to be delivered. I paid £23 for 2 meals and when it arrived 2 hours later they sent me my cold dish. Obviously it was inedible. I rang back up to discuss and was berated by the manageress on the phone who wouldn’t let me speak, spoke with a raised voice and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. Poor customer service, what restaurant wants a customer to eat food that has sat there for 2 hours and delivered cold. Well I think we caught them on a bad night. I don't know whether a chef left them in the lurch or they were just too busy due to mothers day being tomorrow, but while the service was pleasant and apologetic and I do feel for them, the service was very slow. All Chinese restaurants are held to my yardstick of Artisam in Corbridge and the food was just as amazing, but there was less and the prawn crackers at artisam in my book are the best in the world and I've eaten a lot of them I can tell you.
