The Pizza Man — Restaurant in England

Well, what an awful experience we had tonight. I understand it’s the football.. but to be rude to your paying customers? Absolutely not acceptable. We ordered 3 pizzas, did not need them in a hurry. Didn’t chase the restaurant. Was happy to wait till they arrived. When they finally did, 2/3 of the pizzas were utterly destroyed. The toppings weren’t on the actual pizza, slices no longer attached. Cold, dough seemed slightly undercooked. You could tell that this ordered wasn’t well looked after at all. I decided to ring to restaurant to try and rectify the issue, was handed around to 3 separate employees, each not listening to what I tried to say. They asked what I wanted, I asked for a refund due to being told that the wait for a new order would be extremely long and we wasn’t willing to wait any longer than we had. (Had already been over an hour and a half wait). Was then greeted to one final employee who was rude from the get go. Told me to go and ring just eat as they will sort it, there is nothing that they can do. Whilst I was half way through a sentence I was told ‘ok bye’ and they hung up. What a disgusting way to treat customers who are purchasing your product. Will most likely not be ordering again...

Ordered a pizza from the pizza man yesterday for the first time in well over 15 years lol Being Southchurch never think to order but we had a voucher on just eat and we are so glad we picked Mr pizza man as not only was it the largest pizza I’ve seen apart from in America, it was tasty, fresh, piping hot when it got here and the dough was not heavy. There was Plenty of toppings in good proportions and a good amount of cheese (but not too much). Was tasty reheated as well, dough went crispy. Only small criticism, one pot of sauce for your massive pizzas are not enough, at least 2 needed so please add that next time meaning there will be a next time ;) next time I want a pizza I’ll be coming to you! Thanks mr pizza...

Very disappointing service this evening from the pizza man. Our order turned up wrong, after I paid for a stuffed crust pizza, it arrived plain (I understand mistakes happen, we're all human) however, when I called to ask them to send what we had paid for, the guy who answered the phone was quite rude. First of all he said he'd send "something" free next time, then offered to send chicken wings in replacement for missing stuffed crust 🤔 I must of asked 3 or 4 times just for the right pizza, to which he reluctantly agreed. 35 mins later, correct pizza turned up, thanked the driver who then got the hump and told us never to order again. We WAS regular customers,...
