Absolutely brilliant pub, roast beef cooked to perfection with Yorkshire pudding, parsnip, carrots, peas, mash, pig in blanket.....roast potatoes I can honestly say it's value for money.....will make this my regular will done guys service was brilliant 👏the apple and cinnamon crumble and custard is to die for the menu changes in the week this I will add when I visit next🍹.........visited again had roast lamb with vegetables roast potatoes Yorkshire pudding, pig in blankets and sticky toffee pudding and custard absolutely lovely washed down with a j2o great service from the team will definitely...

I have had the pleasure of meeting Steve - the landlord - sadly to do with the passing of my husband. We were considering hiring his function room, sadly because of amount of mourners and the need for disabled toilets, we were unable to hire. I have to say that he was a gentleman, and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to book his function room if the need was required...

Great little local pub with a cracking little beer festival vibe, TV sports & darts + other things going on. Courtyard sun trap seating& separate large eating/function area away from bar area. Usual suspects on draught & bottles but very limited parking out the front, town centre location...haven't eaten here in a longtime so...
