Well done all Friday 15th December 2023 Today, I again came for a drink in one of Gillinghams' real ale pubs. There were 3 real ales on all well kept by the landlord and bar staff There was a pub full of locals 95% good-natured but 5% of the locals when these people found out I was here for the football supporting the away team tomorrow. Bradford City was not of the nature of people I want to be with Patronising people, let's say Through these people, I will be losing this pub the 5 stars I gave it and lowering it to 4 All my website readers and followers I sincerely apologise to the pubs owners...

I have been drinking in Gillingham for years yet I am unable to name one pub that puts as much effort into selecting a variety of real good quality ales as this pub! Every time I visit their is a new real ale to try and their is also a blackboard with new ales coming up!
Both the landlord and landlady are friendly and it's nice to sit down and hear a conversation or two about beer! (And learn something in the process) This pub is a breath of fresh air in a sea of generic pubs...
