AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! First time ordering from this restaurant as my usual one was closed, I should of known from the start when they answered the phone and how hard it was to place my order, they were also so rude, then I went and collected my order and when I got home realised the chicken chat starter was missing, so I phoned and they did not care and said there is nothing they can do about it!! I was not happy and phoned after my meal which was not great and had hardly and pieces of chicken in the main dishes compared to our normal one we have used for years with no problems and never had them be rude, so the managerJack phoned me at 10pm and seemed really nice and apologetic and said he was not there as broken his legs, but he will correct this, I had added my bill up and also realised I had been over charged on everything we had, so I mentioned all this and Jack and he said he can't do a refund but said the next time I order he will sort me out with dish I was missing but they don't really do chicken chat even thou they were happy to take my money for and it's on their menu!!!! And as a good will he will do a main dishes and rice for me and I can choose a side or a nan bread, I explained I may not order for a couple of weeks and he said its no problem, so this was on valentines day 14th Feb, I phoned today 5th March the person again on the phone was so rude and also put the phone down on me when I explained about my last order and what Jack has said, so I phoned back and he started taking my order and then said phone my boss and put the phone down! So I phoned Jack and he apologised for how this has been and he will phone the restaurant for me, as soon as he knew I was not ordering extra and just the items I was owed and promised it all changed, he not giving me the things he said as he be out of pocket and then was ignoring me, so I again asked for my refund as I'm the one who has been out of pocket and then only getting back what I was owed and guess what no order and ignored my messages for a refund, so I'm the one out of pocket but will be telling everyone to keep away as they are theiving...

We placed our order via Uber Eats, and it arrived over 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. When we began serving the food, it was noticeably cold—not underwhelming, but genuinely cold, as if it had been sitting out for quite some time.
I called the restaurant to raise the issue and, much like other reviewers have mentioned, I was offered a complimentary item on my next visit. However, I insisted that the current order be replaced with hot, freshly prepared food.
To their credit, Jack agreed to send a replacement. But here’s where things took a turn for the bizarre: the delivery driver arrived to collect the cold food—but didn’t bring the replacement with her. Shortly after, she returned with what was claimed to be freshly cooked food.
Unfortunately, Jack hadn’t realised that we had already served the cold food onto plates before returning it to the containers. As a result, the rice and curry had been mixed. When the replacement arrived, it was clear that the same food had simply been reheated and returned to us—still in the wrong containers, and still not fresh.
At that point, we didn’t even bother calling again. It simply wasn’t worth the hassle. We ended up discarding the food and ordering from Meridian Spice instead—excellent food and service, by the way.

We waited a long time for our delivery and were unable to eat our meal as it was not very nice at all. Really disappointed with the meal. Received a message to contact the restaurant 4 days ago so they could put it right. On phoning restaurant told I would be called by manager same night. Called back to be told no manager was in same night. Not only was I deceived by staff I was given false promise. and spoken to very rudely by the same staff member who gave me the brush off.
