This place is rubbish!
It's a family leisure center nothing for children and definitely nothing healthy for children.
The coffee is overpriced they don't take cash.
The staff are unfriendly
Again there is no good food overpriced sandwiches that sit in the fridge more bread than anything.
I could go on, what Ever happened to good old canteens with no fuss food at reasonable prices. Instead we are left With trendy coffee bars that think they are a lot better than they are rubbish
Take the criticism on board, or just deflect.
There is nothing for kids at all and it's a family leisure center.
Improve your service and take critism though I fear you are incapable of seeing past your own ego, you product is limited.

I run a weekly walk for mums and babies and we end up back at The Wood Bar cafe at Five Rivers for refreshments every week for at least 9 months of the year, consistently. The guys and gals working at the cafe always accommodate our large group (8-20 mums and babies at a time), and are smiley, as fast as they can be considering our large orders, remember who we are and are very friendly.
