This takes Chinese dining to a whole new level. This was our first visit and came away feeling like we'd been with friends the whole time. Food was absolutely amazing. Non of the usual glutonous sauce, every dish was unique in flavour and presentation, the set meal mixed starter was amazing to look at let alone eat (the meat just falls off the ribs) Typically the mains are no different, pan fried Salmon was WITH black bean sauce not IN sauce. It was our first time at this restaurant and we found the experience to be very good indeed. The food was very tasty and fresh and the service excellent. Decor and cleanliness of the premises was bright and of a high standatd. There are steps up into the main part of the building which those of a mobility problem should be aware of. Stopping it getting 5 stars is the price.... The menu tries to steer you towards the set items. Very smartly done out, trendy restaurant. Unfortunately the food was disappointing, this feels like a fusion of western food and Chinese food. We ordered crispy spring rolls and Duck with pancakes to start with, the Duck was lovely, the spring rolls were full of chunks of various meats, not the usual minced prawn or chicken. My main was served with crispie noodles, and had lamb, chicken, prawn and char suie pork.
