Sizzler High Wycombe (Halal) — Restaurant in Great Britain

The staff at Sizzlers are always polite, welcoming and very friendly during all my visits.

From the management who serve on the counter to Gordon and Tanaisha who always go the extra mile with a memorable customer service experience..

The quality of the food during my visit is was lovely and the portion size is just perfect.

Inside the shop was clean and tidy and looked very premium. Regularly disinfected and cleaned while customers are waiting at the seating area or at the table.

I had the option to pay with cash using contactless cards as their till systems are Digital.

The Menu is displayed on a digital LCD screen showing all their menu selections which is easy for me to read when selecting my choice.

All the items on the menu were Halal and they are cooked nicely and well prepared which I love about this place..

Parking outside the shop there are 3 car park spaces however on this same road there is pay and display and you can park at least 15 cars outside.

I have recommended to my friends and family as the shop has not let me down with its food quality, 5 star hygiene and memorable customer service experience.

A suggestion to the Sizzler management for the amazing service plus something else that would be amazing for us customer would be if Sizzler could open early mornings from 8am plus. Having a morning menu would be very popular as me and many of my friends and family would love to see an early menu option such as eggs, omlets, toast, muffins, halal cooked sausages, potatoe hash browns.

Update Review 17th Sept 2023 After going to Sizzler for 2 years plus, the quality of food has not changed as it's still one of the best take away / Restaurant in high Wycombe. Staff from the manger, to the chef and the counter staff are always pleasant and give an amazing service...

I've been ordering takeaway from this place for years,I travel all the way from Oxford City to high wycombe, I always order food for me and my family I always spend good amount of money there,one of my regular food I order is donar kebab meat in a box for £4 for my daughter as she doesn't likes the nan bread so I've always ordered this and served by lovely friendly staff, but on my recent visit I was served by the boss for the first time and he refused to give me donar meat in a box,he said I need to order with nan which will come to £4.99 so only like £1 extra for the bread but I didn't wanted to waste the nan as my daughter doesn't like it,but boss told me I can't have just Donar meat by itself, which I found a bit odd,because I've been ordering this for years,Donar in a nan is £4.99 so he just had to minus £1 for nan and just give me Donar meat for £4 but boss said no.he was very unprofessional, very bad service,his staffs are great but boss himself gave me bad service,I would say its the worst service I received in my life time from the boss.he needs to learn how to talk friendly and keep customers happy from his own staff.and he even didn't gave me my correct change so when I challenged him where is my change then he opened the till and gave my change.atleast boss could of told me that he hasn't got enough change to give me then I would let him have it,but boss keeping quiet about my change until I challenged him which annoyed me aswel.boss like him will loose customers,there is plenty of fast food in high wycombe.its the worst customer service ever I experienced...

The reason I rate this as one star is because the owners fail to realise no racism intended but serving halal food is better be served by Muslims and should be ! now evidence clear their delivery driver who is a white male not Muslim picks his nose wipes his bogies , runny bogies running out of his nose made a burger in front of me and who goes toilet and does not wash his hands , now doesn’t mean a muslim can’t do this but I haven’t seen it as a custom but from non Muslim it’s a normal thing . It’s disgusting touching even a broom you clean with the making our buns and burgers and putting those dirty hands on vegetables and all sorts is nasty . Sizzler already had a bad rating but fixed up recently but sadly their delivery driver sometimes helps wrap the buns and burgers when busy which is nasty as he handles money wipes his bogies and runny nose over his hands, he sometimes uses hand sanitizer instead of washing it with soap so the bogies just mix up in his hands then transfers that onto our buns . No thank you since I saw that I’m out . I love the food so I call up and try ask who’s cooking and mention this to them but I found out the delivery making the food and so I got lied to that he’s not so now I’m completely avoiding this place now .
