ordered a delivery...driver rang an hour later and said he was down the road stuggling to find us, so i said i would wait outside for him (it was raining) half hour of waiting went by, tried ringing him again and again and he wouldnt answer. so i rang the manager to see what was happening, he said there is nothing he can do. i explained i had already paid for the food, but he said he couldnt find the receipt. i asked if he could return our money and forget all about it, he got very angry, swearing a lot and started to mention about me being british and that i should know how a business should be ran. really not sure why he bought that up? the food turned up 2 hours late and it was cold. if he had any common sense, he would of refunded the money then the next few times we ordered he would of made his money back. But we will never go there again. The food isnt the best anyway. Ordered food for collection on 7th January 2017. Asked for chicken madras but when they repeated the order back to me they read out chicken masala. Corrected them. When collected the food, asked whether it was definitely madras and not masala. Confirmed it was madras. Got home to find it was... masala. Called them and was told that they would replace the masala with madras but not for 45 minutes. All other food would be stone cold by then. Wouldn't offer fresh hot food and was very insistent that we returned the masala I can only imagine so that they could resell it to another unsuspecting customer. I decided to cancel the order altogether and get my money back. I was told that they didn't have any delevery drivers available. Poor poor service. Told them I would not be a customer again and they didn't seem...

We went on the wrong night! There was (apparently) a member of staff missing and the take-away part of the business was so busy, the restaurant guests had to wait a very long time for food. The food was extremely good. This restaurant needs some better waiting staff, they were very distracted by a baby who was paying a visit, completely forgot our drinks order and took over 90 minutes to produce the excellent meal. It was a pity. Next time I'll get a take away, to be sure of quick service. My compliments to the chef. I suggest you reconsider the rest of the business - it could truly be the best in Frome with a little more professionalism.
