this place actually made me & my mate angry lmfao... £4 for a tiny drink, my friend ordered a hot chocolate that had no flavour & didn't come with whipped cream or marshmallows.... does that even constitute as a hot chocolate? no ☕️🍫i ordered a chai latte that was literally a cheap flavourless tea bag you could get from the supermarket in a cup with just frothy milk 🤢🍵🍶 definitely not high quality chai, you'd expect from a coffee shop! costa & starbucks the mainstream places do a better job! this is supposed to be a high quality independent coffee shop? just because you're based in frome; an upmarket little town doesn't mean you can charge those prices for...

On arriving greeted with lovely friendly lady who served me My latte was served below Luke warm. I spoke to the other lady making the coffee and explained gently it was t warm enough and she started complaining of her 4 day shift and there was nothing she could do rather than apologise or offer me a new drink. Luckily the friendly other lady stepped in, immediately offered me a refund. I hadn't even cared to ask for a refund as I had drank it, but I hadn't expected the other server to be so rude. One of the less well known cafes in Frome, but been here a while, which testifies to the loyalty of the customers. Exploring for the first time the other day, I found both the ambience and the coffee to be great. I know the taste of coffee dpends on so much, including the personal preferences of the drinker, but I think I could safely say that this coffee would be liked by the widest range of tasters.
