Zapatista Burrito Bar — Restaurant in England

Experience of ordered on ToGoodToGo, now I understand TGTG is for left overs at a reduced price, but I have ordered twice now for one of their "Meat Bags" on both occasions I paid for it successfully, but then on the first time, the cancelled it just over 1 hour before collection. The second time I ordered (today) they cancelled it within 1hr 35 minutes of collection time. Now as a customer on TGTG you can cancel any time up to 2 hours before, which then allows someone else to get it. But it seems like Zaps aren't really thinking of all the customers that they let down by cancelling them last minute, with the app they can choose to not put any Magic bags on automatically each day, and then just manually put some on if they have left overs, this way it will save people like myself having many let downs when trying to collect one. As for tonight, I ordered this for my dinner, but now last minute I need to rethink what I am doing because of...

Food nice what we got of it but the food portions are terrible ..tacos out of a packet and so thin you can’t get any filling in ... they spent 5 minutes trying to get half a teaspoon of food onto the taco as not to give too much filling and the service from the staff was awful .. All the ingredients are mixed up multiple spoons in each dish.. tables left will rubbish all over the place .. completely clueless .. such a shame because it’s not cheap but you are made to feel like you should be thankful for what you are paying for .. kids playing shops is how I would describe it! Staff member in charge .. stamping around and giving attitude because I dare to say I wasn’t happy with the quarter of a teaspoon sour cream portion .. I paid extra for.. hopefully this feedback will be taken in the right way because it’s a fantastic addition to Durham .. if only it was a lot...

Where should I begin… I visited Zapatista Burrito Bar today to be greeted by a very rude female member of staff, who was swearing quite loudly in front of customers. Fair enough, she might not have noticed we had came in. However after that, when I was barked at ‘you know what you’re having mate’ when I asked for a few more moments the member of staff walked off out of view and was talking inappropriately with other staff members). I ordered a burrito and each step of the way along the counter (Deli style counter set up) each selection was increasingly rushed and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and placing an order was an unacceptable thing to do in a cafe.

Food was cheap but cheerful, not a very high quality for the price. But based on the rude and casual attitude of the staff we wont...
