Amorino Gelato - Marlow — Restaurant in England

Stumbled upon Amorino Gelato in Marlow while strolling down the High Street. The location is perfect - you can enjoy your ice cream inside, sit outside, or take it into the nearby park just across the road.

Despite being quite busy with a queue, service was fast and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The range of flavours is impressive - from rich, indulgent chocolates (absolute loved the dark chocolate) refreshing fruit options—and the best part is you can mix as many as you like! They also indicate how many calories each ice cream has, which was helpful.

You start by choosing your cone size at the till, then pick your flavours, and they’re beautifully presented, especially the signature flower-shaped scoop. The prices are very reasonable for the portion size and quality.

Why two stars ? Because me and my little boy received the worst service which I could expect. So today (20th of march around 11am) we went to get some our favourite ice cream but that was probably last time as if you asking people to pay £5 for a little scoop of ice cream and I know they very tasty make sure the staff is friendly We did order one scoop of ice cream and I’ve been refused to pay by cash which is actually illegal so far as cash is not withdrawn as a form of payment and the worst was the lady serving -we’ve paid for our ice cream she served someone also and first she did serve the lady behind with the coffee which absolutely is taking longer than to serve one little ice cream for my little boy I’ve seen her laughing at me to the other people which is not acceptable I could say more but no point there is more places in Marloe with...

Very disappointed with the experience here today.

The lady serving asked what I wanted ( 1 vanilla & 1 pistachio cone please) she then said I had to go to the till to pick what size cones I wanted. This I did and again she asked what I wanted- 1 vanilla and 1 pistachio cone please. She placed 1 cone in the holder and put icecream in the other. It looked like a beautiful flower- she handed it over and asked what we wanted for the 2nd cone. I then realised that she had put vanilla and pistachio together- I said, “ We wanted 1 pistachio and 1 vanilla please”. She took the cone from me and threw it aggressively into the sink behind her making some comment! If I hadn’t already paid I would have left.
