They messed up my order and delivered me another pizza (with my address on it). I called them, they said the driver mixed up the pizzas and will come straight away with the right one. Half an hour later, I called again and he asked me to wait a minute so he can get the manager for me and then he hung up (by accident). I called again, and he told me the pizza is on its way. Another 20 minutes later, I called the forth time and asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me the driver said he came with the right pizza, but I said I prefer the wrong one (this obviously did not happen, the wrong pizza was intact and waiting to be picked up - it had a topping that I don't eat). I explained that this is not true, and another 30 mins later, I finally got my order and gave them back the pizza (although they said I could keep it). I am giving 2 stars (instead of one) only because the manager was very professional and stayed calm, which was especially difficult since I was inevitably angry when I called them...

Decided to drive up to be met with carnage, the store full people all over the street. We went to the front to ask where our delivery was (now over an hr) and the team were unresponsive and shut down, noone was answering the customers, pizzas were piled high on a bench, approx 50 pizzas wasted. Rather than stopping orders and getting on top of things, the pizza makers kept on shouting orders and making pizzas! My opinion - so they could avoid dealing with the customers. We waited another 30 mins and the team member continually asked for our details and then nothing happened, he asked again, nothing happened. We finally got a refund and left. I have a question, where were the managers... the poor team at the front were taking the brunt of the chaos...and the managers stayed well back. Poor team work, poor support,...

I placed my order through the app as normal, it was cooked and out for delivery. When the driver arrived, instead of just handing over the food, he complained that I should have ordered from the Honiton Road store. He told me it was an āinconvenienceā to deliver my order, despite the fact that your app and website both state delivery until 5am.
I reminded him that heās being paid to deliver, but instead of apologising he argued with me and told me not to order again at this time of night. Completely unacceptable. I have a Ring doorbell video of the whole interaction if Dominoās would like to see proof.
Iāve never had this issue before when ordering late after work, but after this experience Iāll be switching to Pizza Hut or a local takeaway. Really disappointing behaviour from a global chain that should...
